Privacy Policy

This portal is provided by Telesco Inc ("Telesco") to its phone-service customers so they can view and adjust their own phone system settings and billing.

What we collect

Your email address (for sign-in links), the changes you make in the portal (kept in an activity log with date, time and user), and your call records (phone numbers, times and durations) as generated by your phone system.

QuickBooks data

With your authorization, the portal reads invoices and estimates for your customer record from Telesco's QuickBooks Online account so you can view them here. It reads only the records for your account and does not write to QuickBooks.

How we use it

Only to operate the portal, bill for services and support your phone system. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except the processors needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, Intuit QuickBooks).

Security and retention

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-in links expire after 20 minutes and are single use. Records are kept for as long as you are a Telesco customer, plus the period required for accounting.
